Terms of Use for OnDiet AI

1. Service overview

OnDiet AI helps users import nutrition plans, configure grocery and meal-prep preferences, generate structured grocery and preparation checklists, and review saved plans over time.

2. Eligibility and account requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to use the App Store account, Apple device, and related services used with OnDiet AI. You must also comply with any Apple media services terms that apply to your purchases and device usage.

3. Subscriptions

OnDiet AI may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium functionality. Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of that trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

4. Billing and refunds

Billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests, billing support, and payment disputes are governed by Apple’s policies and should be directed through Apple where applicable.

5. Acceptable use

• You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with app operation, or attempt to bypass technical protections.
• You agree not to use the app in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
• You remain responsible for the files, images, and plan content you choose to import into the app.

6. AI-generated output

Generated grocery lists, meal-prep steps, and related output are provided for informational and organizational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it.

7. Health and nutrition disclaimer

OnDiet AI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional guidance. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

8. Availability and changes

The service may evolve over time. Features may be changed, suspended, or removed, and service access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

9. Intellectual property

The app, website, branding, and related service materials are owned by the OnDiet AI operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnDiet AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, and the app operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

Access to the service may be limited or terminated if necessary to protect the app, users, or backend systems, or if these terms are violated.

12. Governing terms with Apple

If you distribute OnDiet AI through Apple, Apple’s applicable platform and media services terms may also apply to your use of the app and purchases made through the App Store.

13. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of OnDiet AI after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
