It’s time for fabulous spring break trips, and Molly Sims’ the family is not one to be missed. The actress-model just shared a ton of snaps from her family’s Cabo San Lucas vacation, and it’ll have you wanting to book your ticket ASAP.

There is Molly in a magnificent teal string bikini posing in front of a door, showing off her toned abs and strong legs in the process. Scroll through the photos and you’ll see the 49-year-old lounging by the pool with her legs stretched out in front of her, followed by photos of her children running in the pool and a few more photos of Molly in that bikini for good measure. I mean, just, she’s super strong.

“Assuming Spring Break position 🌴👙 let’s GOOOO,” Molly wrote in the legend. Obviously people loved the rubber band vibes, and they were all over the comments. “You’re even prettier now than you were in the 90s. How is that possible???” one wrote, while another said, “Dang girl.”

Molly looks like she’s having the *best* time of her vacation – she’s shared a ton of other snaps from her trips to her Instagram Stories. So… how did she get so strong? For starters, she is super active in her daily life.

Molly just shared photos and videos on her IG Stories of herself playing pickle ball with her kids, and she later pointed out that she “ends the day with a walk on the beach.”

But being active every day isn’t ~all~ Molly is made for aptitude. She shared with The newspaper what likes to train in the gym, and she aims to get some exercise before her three kids get up. So that means sweat sessions usually start at 6am. Workouts may include Tracy Anderson Method or do Dance Body. “I have about 20 minutes to practice on my own before one of my kids interrupts me and tries to join me,” Molly explained.

Molly also said Hollywood life other workouts could include Pilates And hot yoga “everything to strengthen the core and become lean and long,” she said. “I love Megan Roupe’s Sculpt Society, I love hot Pilates with Shannon Nadj. I think my body gets better when I do different things,” she added.
