Decide overturns Arkansas ban on transition care

The lawsuit was introduced by the American Civil Liberties Union of Arkansas and named a number of transgender youngsters and a physician as plaintiffs. The choice adopted a weeks-long bench trial in 2022.
The choice was hailed a serious victory for the LGBTQ+ group, and activists stated it would carry implications for different states as nicely.
